As a part of corporate social responsibility,Midland undertake various activities. Annual blood donation camps are conducted under Chhaya Dixit Foundation. Every year educational scholorships are given to deserving students for higher technical education. The turst runs a special aid camp for cancer patients.

The trust also organises some social acitvities in association with "Saptak", a renouwned cultural organisation in Nagpur. Talks by eminent speakers, musical shows etc are regular organised under this banner.
